Option 2
From St. John's / Mount Pearl / Paradise along the Manuals Arterial Road
Turn right onto Fowler's Road exit at overpass proceed along and turn right at Buckingham Drive. Next, turn left onto Sprucehill Road; right onto Sprucehill Estates and left onto Topsail Heights - House # 17
